I recently had the pleasure of working with Matthew to install a media wall in the nail area of my salon, and I am beyond impressed with his work! From start to finish, Matthew was professional, knowledgeable, and truly understood my vision. He took the time to discuss ideas, offered creative suggestions, and brought everything to life seamlessly. I would highly recommend Matthew and his team !

Matt and the team at Dolan developments really are a credit to the building trade. They made my Dorma installation seem like a walk in the park. Matt was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and his lads were always polite and well mannered. Communication was great throughout and no question went unanswered (I’m actually very fussy). The work was carried out to a very high standard and my property was treated with respect at all stages of the build. I obtained 4 quotes prior to instructing Dolan Developments and in my opinion they was fairly priced. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company Thank you for making what could of been a stressful time an absolute pleasure

Brilliant service. We had a relatively small job to get done in our house and Matt was great from the start. Really communicative and made it clear how it would all work. The work was all done on time and they made a good effort to keep things as clean as possible which was really appreciated. We spotted a minor issue about a week later and Matt came straight back to sort it. Would definitely use Dolan's again.

Very professional, finished job on promised time for reasonable price and with high quality. From now on Matt will be my Go to person for any extension or constructional repairs.

We recently had an extension and full refurb through out the house, I cant thank Matthew and the team enough. We were dreadding having work done and young kids living in the house but the job was managed and organised to perfection. We used the design and built option so were all in and from start to finish they were amazing, informative, full or ideas, ways to cut costs and just a complete breath of fresh air as we had no worries or concerns. The work itself was completed on budget and a week earlier that programmed which was appreciated greatly just before Christmas time. The quality of workmanship is brilliant ive had no issues what so ever. We are hoping to start a dorma in a few years time and will be certainly giving the dolan development team the call when we are ready.

Dolan Development recently completed a full house renovation, including a rear kitchen extension. From start to finish, Matthew was incredibly professional and provided valuable assistance throughout the entire process. As this was my first project, I was unsure where to begin. After meeting with Matthew and sharing my vision, the architect created the drawings, and the project was underway. Matthew and his team maintained a high level of professionalism and transparency throughout the project. Any questions I had were promptly addressed, and any changes to the plan were smoothly implemented. I truly appreciate how well-run the project was, with regular updates on progress and adherence to timelines. Not only was the entire process stress-free, but the results speak for themselves – the house looks amazing. I am extremely satisfied with the work. i highly recommend the team at Dolan development Thank you to Every one involved at dolan development!!.

We had a fantastic experience with Dolan Developments who built our double storey side extension. Every trade we encountered was skilled, professional, and treated our property with respect. The quality of workmanship was outstanding. Matt was always responsive to any queries we had and more than happy to meet with us at short notice to discuss with us on site. His commitment made the process smooth and stress free. They were honest throughout the project and delivered on programme, which was very reassuring. We’re absolutely delighted with the final result and would definitely recommend Dolan Developments to anyone looking for a reliable and professional builder. Thanks again to Matt and the whole team!
