Our luxury full house renovation in Timperley continues to make excellent progress. Designed by Kimble Roden Architects, this project is transforming an existing property into a contemporary family home with high-specification finishes throughout.
Since our last update, the build has moved from major structural works into the next phase of the internal fit-out, with several key milestones now complete.
Structural Works and Plastering Complete
Following the installation of the structural steelwork and completion of the new roof construction, the project has reached another significant stage. Plastering has now been completed throughout the extension, creating clean, defined spaces that showcase the scale of the new open-plan layout.
The vaulted ceilings, rooflights and large glazed openings are already allowing natural light to flood the interior, giving a clear sense of how the finished home will look and feel.
Underfloor Heating Installed Throughout the Ground Floor
With the main construction works complete, attention has now turned to the home’s internal finishes.
